I am a sound tech, and what you are hearing is her mic during her costume changes during her show. She uses whats called a back track, A back track is her voice pre recorded. Between that and her back up singers it drowns out the sound of her natural voice on stage. When you take away her back up singers and this pre recorded track this is what she sounds like. Weather or not people thing she is a bad singer is one thing, but this is in fact her voice.
